People Development Manager jobs in Reading

You will build and sustain customer relationships while driving adoption of these solutions. Your role will be technical evangelist, field enabler, and cross‑functional bridge between product, sales, marketing, and customer success, operating globally across multiple time zones and cultures.

You will lead the evolution of the People & Talent function, shaping how individuals, teams, and leaders grow inside the organisation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a thought partner on people, performance, and organisational design.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan for your team, coaching your team through the complete sales cycle, and building a high‑performance team culture focused on achieving ambitious growth targets.

You will also be confident and prepared reporting moving business metrics to senior leadership.

You will conduct site walk arounds, ensuring you take the time to meet / greet and communicate with residents. - Act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring all enquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally

You will hold and support in the coordination of community engagement activities such as summer garden parties, Christmas party etc.
