You will support the payroll function by managing complex payroll cycles involving thousands of employees, varied shift patterns, frequent last-minute adjustments, intricate absence and time-away policies, and strict adherence to HMRC regulations and UK payroll legislation (including RTI submissions).

You will carry out client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high standards of care and compliance across the service. Key Responsibilities

You will regularly visit clients in the community to ensure they feel safe, supported and happy with their care.
