You will be a Payroll professional capable of meeting the following criteria: Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation and tax regulations.
You will be part of a collaborative team that are pro-active and driven with a “can do” attitude. The team operates with a personal and friendly approach to ensure the employee lifecycle function associated with payroll is a positive experience. The successful candidate will be adaptable to change and have the skill and ability to hit the ground running.
You should also have a good understanding of the relevant legislation and accounting principles, such as FRS102 and SORP, and ideally social housing legislation.
You will be working on a wide range of businesses, typically ranging from £20m to £50m, alongside some larger corporates. The firm is one of the few independent practices in the city with no intentions of joining a consolidator, offering a supportive working environment and dedication to client and staff success and wellbeing.
You will be focused on championing the needs of our clients, in order to deliver class leading retention rates whilst also identifying and delivering revenue opportunities.
