You will manage the accounts for the care home and be responsible for communicating accurate information to the Finance Department at month-end and as required. The ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a flexible approach is vital. Previous experience of office administration work, invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll is essential.
You will be reporting into the Financial Controller but will be given full autonomy to ensure that the department runs smoothly and that all statutory obligations are met.
You will have the chance to partner with different stakeholders across the business, involvement in process improvement projects to further support payroll efficiencies as the group grows further.
You will participate in global/local projects around payroll and continuously improving payroll/employmentpliance processes.
