You will effectively become part of the family and everyday life, with the role encompassing everything from companionship, personal care, managing complex care needs and medication requirements.
You will be working in one household, typically with one or two clients for the duration of the specified shift pattern as below.
You will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external agencies, contributing directly to safe custody, lawful release, and effective offender management.
You will be an organised, reliable administrator who is comfortable working in a structured and process-driven environment.
You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of category and procurement strategies and be able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure. This is a key role to ensure all customer complaints are investigated thoroughly so effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine. Your day to day activities may include: Seizure Management Oxygen Therapy Oral Suctioning Medication Administration PEG Feeding
You will work closely with the wider Projects team and Engineering Team, as well as the other key departments on site. All your colleagues are experienced in their field and are a supportive well informed close knit team, supporting each other with Knowledge sharing and are a happy group of individuals.
