Partner Development Manager jobs in Inverness

You will be responsible for developing business across Inverness and the surrounding areas, working on large, complex building projects with contractors, developers and end clients. While youll engage regularly with on-site contacts, the role places a strong emphasis on influencing senior decision makers including Directors through ROI-led, commercial conversations.

You will have a real interest in what we do and you will be able to demonstrate experience of the latest HR and Employee Engagement trends in practical terms along with keeping up to date with employment legislation.

You will be skilled in coaching managers and providing feedback, with the ability to support courageous decisions balancing a people centric approach and business outcomes.

You will contribute directly to strategic planning, ensuring people strategies are fully aligned with business objectives.

You will lead on employee experience, engagement, organisational design, talent acquisition, and leadership capability—supported by insight and evidence to inform decision-making.
