You will play a pivotal role in leading the optical team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality eye care services with a patient-first focus.

You will also be responsible for clinic management and managing the shop floor process to ensure the department is well equipped for customer's needs.

You will be joining a well-established store with a fully trained team including Optical Assistants, Dispensing Opticians, Contact Lens Opticians as well as an audiology team meaning everyone is in place to let you focus on what you do best. Boasting 9 test rooms will be impressed with the clinical technology you will have access to.
You will be joining a team of 2 existing Practice nurses as well as 3 GP's, 1 ANP, 1 Prescribing Paramedic and 2 HCA's along with a team of dispensers, admin & reception staff. Job responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely with the director and management team, playing an active part in the continued development and future growth of the firm.
You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice.
You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
