You will help the Team Leaders effectively manage the operational delivery of repairs to the council's tenanted and empty properties with a focus on the work of external responsive and voids contractors.
You must have a working knowledge and understanding of the relevant Health and Safety Legislation and be able to always demonstrate safe working practices.
You will act as a central point of leadership for Site Managers, Agents and Supervisors, driving progress and ensuring alignment with the project plan.
You will be a proactive, strategic and safety-driven leader capable of orchestrating simultaneous work fronts, empowering site teams and navigating complex technical and logistical challenges.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing management and support services for customers with complex needs (including mental health, substance misuse, and learning disabilities).
