You will assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding the remedial solutions, and where required carry out repairs, and complete works on time and within the first visitWe value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.
You will carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs, inspections and warranty work on mobile cranes for a wide range of commercial customers.
You will also support customers with operator familiarisation and provide high quality aftersales advice to ensure their equipment remains efficient, safe and aligned with business needs.
You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
You should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of vehicles, trailers, workshop plant, and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems.
You will be responsible for assembling electrical wiring harnesses and complex electrical assemblies within a production environment, meticulously following engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Skilled Wiring Technician will be based at our Barnstaple site.
You will manage telemetry configuration requests from multiple departments, set up critical alarms and capture essential regulatory data. During commissioning you will remotely support OT Engineers, ICA Technicians, Engineering Delivery Partners, and third parties to ensure smooth integration of new points and alarms.
