IT operations technician jobs in Exeter

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will be providing first-line technical support and dealing with helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues, assisting with the roll-out of new hardware and software.

You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide.

You will also assist with the roll-out of new hardware and software, provide end-user IT training and other tasks to help ensure the firm’s IT systems run smoothly.

You will also be methodical and be able to identify and troubleshoot problems. Communication skills are key to this role, and it’s important you are able to speak to people on a level they will understand to help them with IT problems.
