You will be tasked with conducting regular inspections of gas maintenance programmes, identifying and resolving operational issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to uphold system integrity. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will contribute to strategic planning efforts aimed at enhancing service reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with directors and managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice, covering everything from core HR administration through to complex employee relations matters. The role is well suited to someone confident operating autonomously, comfortable supporting a field-based workforce, and experienced in operational or construction-led environments.
