Registered Nurse needed to provide clinical and holistic care in a care home, leading a team and ensuring patient dignity and respect.
You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role.
You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours.
You will be required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way.
You will have experience in supporting people with alcohol and drug problems and display a positive attitude towards enhancing an individual’s recovery journey.
You should also have a willingness to engage in training opportunities to enhance your knowledge base and promote continuing professional development.
