You will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for our residents.
You must be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a valid PIN.
You must be registered with Social Care Wales (SCW).
You must hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
You will need to be CQC registered and comfortable working within regulation, but the focus is on creating a safe, well-led home where people genuinely feel at ease. Key Responsibilities
You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring that residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
