You will be required to work towards an accredited qualification or standard that is relevant to your role in addition to a number of other health and safety, technical and behavioural training courses. Working towards and maintaining an accredited qualification relevant to your role, alongside health and safety, technical and behavioural training programmes.

You will act as the key link between customers, field engineers, and internal departments, ensuring service activity is planned, communicated, and delivered efficiently. This is a customer-facing, fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of heavy plant or mobile machinery.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order management and providing excellent customer support. The role requires strong numeracy, literacy, and prior customer service experience, alongside GCSEs in Maths and English.
