You will be required to work towards an accredited qualification or standard that is relevant to your role in addition to a number of other health and safety, technical and behavioural training courses. Working towards and maintaining an accredited qualification relevant to your role, alongside health and safety, technical and behavioural training programmes.

You will be happy to work across multiple production environments with varying temperatures of approx. 8 degrees and below, and occasionally working in damp and wet conditions where required. Quality Controllers will comply with all relevant business and site policies such as Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards.

You will act as the key link between customers, field engineers, and internal departments, ensuring service activity is planned, communicated, and delivered efficiently.

You will play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed on time, to a high standard, and within agreed commercial parameters.

You will also engage with our customers through our ‘My Review’ appointments which is a great opportunity to understand and discuss our customers financial goals in a friendly conversation.

You will be a listener, a problem solver and in time a fountain of knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order management and providing excellent customer support. The role requires strong numeracy, literacy, and prior customer service experience, alongside GCSEs in Maths and English.
