You will work a 3-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00). The role involves both electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and installations. While the position is electrically biased, candidates with a mechanical background are also encouraged to apply, as a multi-skilled approach is highly valued.
You will not only be responsible for managing your own case load but also be responsible for contributing to the overall management of complex patients within the multi-disciplinary team. Good time management, excellent communication skills and self-motivation are essential to this role.
You will be required to participate in the duty worker rota and support the patient journey from referral to discharge. As a senior community practitioner, you will be expected to provide support to junior members of the team and to provide an excellent learning environment for students who are placed with the team.
