Motion Designer jobs in County Bristol

You will be measured on impact - the core objective is to level up the brand, support campaigns with high-quality assets, and deliver product explainers that improve customer retention and engagement. You’ll bring current best practice and emerging trends in design, motion and channel formats, turning them into measurable wins.

You will deliver high-quality motion content using stock footage, B-roll and RunwayML generative clips, and work with 3D engineering models in Cinema 4D. All outputs will be assembled in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, spanning 2D, 3D and 4D animation.

You will work alongside the Lead and Senior Electrical Design Engineers to support the design, development, and delivery of electrical systems and control solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative team, translating requirements into effective designs, producing technical documentation, and supporting system integration, testing, and commissioning.

You will build frameworks, processes and content that uplift key KPIs including pipeline creation, win rate, deal velocity and retention.

You will own the global sales content library, ensuring our sellers have compelling, high-quality assets aligned to our GTM strategy.

You will champion a culture of continuous learning and commercial excellence.

You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will shape both how interactions are built and what expressive capabilities are possible, translating cutting-edge research into robust, real-world systems.

You will have the autonomy to build, test, and refine approaches that directly impact revenue.

You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.
