You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You will work within the factory on the production line packing food products, cleaning equipment and completing some general warehousing duties. Please bear the location in mine and it is hard to access via public transport, ideally candidates will have their own transport.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and complete Period End reports for the General manager

You will help to ensure the efficient execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities covering: - Leading and supervising the electrical engineering team - Support the team to achieve a excellent standards in preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and periodic inspections on all machinery, equipment, and accessories, including during annual shutdowns.
