You will provide consultative guidance to the team, ensuring robust decision-making processes aligned with best practice guidelines. Conduct assessments to determine the needs of adults requiring support. Collaborate with other professionals to develop personalized care plans.
You will provide key customer service and administration support by dealing with queries via email and telephone, sending weekly reports to the team, supporting the team with the coordination of events liaising with Training Providers and Hiring Managers , also carrying out additional duties as required.
You will join a friendly and supportive team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, radiographers, and dieticians, who play key roles in the delivery and ongoing development of the courses in the Department.
You should also expect to be actively involved in curriculum development and design, creatively considering teaching and learning within a dynamic team.
You will be required to work at premises which the University currently has or may subsequently acquire, or any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. A full UK driving licence is a requirement of this role. Hours: 37 hours per week, based on 07:00 15:00 and 12:00 20:00 on a weekly rotational basis.
