You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including both pre-issue and issued cases, typically valued up to £100,000 (although more complex cases are available for the right candidate).
You must have clinical negligence experience and be able to work for candidates with empathy and understanding.
You will be accountable for communicating & developing relationships with clients as well as the claimant’s legal team.
You will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional levels of service by proactive case management.
You will be able to delegate appropriately and guide in terms of technical ability and achievement of objectives – team success is paramount!
