You will be expected to advise on a range of clinical negligence matters resulting from medical negligence and provide a high-quality service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a good deal of experience working on clinical negligence matters, preferably claimant-based and will have proven experience of dealing with a litigated caseload.
You will manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax advice, and Probate.
You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, and championing efficiency, compliance and best practice. This full-time role (9.15pm, Monday to Friday) is predominantly office-based, with occasional home visits.

You will handle a case of load of Property Risks matter files which will deal with a wide range of perils (fires, floods, impacts, product liability) from a selection of the team’s well known insurers. In addition, this is a role which involves the management of a small team, someone with people leadership skills will succeed in this role.

You will sit within the Banking & Lender Services Group (BLSG) and primarily provide support to the Financial Services Disputes & Investigations Team.
You must be a Qualified Solicitor, with at least 5 years' PQE
You will work alongside a small number of other knowledge lawyers and will be responsible for identifying workstreams and opportunities to support the business.
