You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.
You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the young people we support.
You will be employed full‐time as a dedicated team member, averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours.
You will be based within one home on a full‐time basis. However, you may occasionally be required to support other homes within the same geographical area.
You will receive 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum (this will be pro‐rata for part‐time contracts).
You will be working with vulnerable young people in a hostel setting helping them with support around housing applications, tenancies and job and education opportunities. The duties include but are not limited too. To complete a support plan with each tenant detailing all elements of support required for their tenancy to be maintained – including any signposting required.
You will be a part of a dedicated team of professionals who will offer you clear guidance and mentor you in to this role. Supportive management and senior leads.
