You will be an experienced electrical / mechanical engineer ideally with previous experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment or LEV plant.
You will have a recognised electrical and /or mechanical engineering qualification e.g. NVQ3, 18th edition, HNC etc etc.
You will live in South East England and you will have a valid UK driving licence (Max 6 points).
You will be responsible for pricing, procurement, managing variations, submitting valuations and being the main commercial liaison for your projects with clients, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
You will be an experienced QS with a min of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with a smaller main contractor.
You will play a key role in promoting person-centred, strength-based practice that empowers residents to maintain independence.
You will also contribute to service development, quality assurance, and audit activity, ensuring continuous improvement in practice and outcomes for individuals and their families.
