You will be required to support Partners and other fee earners with their caseloads of commercial disputes work, debt recovery claims and contentious and non-contentious insolvency actions. You will sell monthly website maintenance plans to UK businesses.

You will speak directly with business owners and decision makers.

You will qualify prospects and close straightforward, repeatable deals.

You will need access to a reliable phone for calling UK businesses.

You will need a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.

You will monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact on the practice and ensure updates are embedded into knowledge materials. The position also includes designing and delivering internal training for trainees and junior lawyers, producing regular legal and market updates, and, where appropriate, delivering training to clients.

You will provide general support to fee earners to improve workflow and efficiency.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe and other relevant software packages.

You should be a team player who is adaptable and keen to contribute to ongoing improvements within the department.

You will be required to handle a range of complex, specialist cases in the areas of historical abuse and injury caused by crimes of violence/harassment.

You will be used to dealing with clients in an empathetic manner, have good organisational and attention to detail skills, and be an effective communicator.
