You will act as a trusted advisor, providing clear guidance, managing complex legal issues, and advocating for clients in hearings, mediations, and tribunals.
You will work alongside a supportive team of Partners, Senior Solicitors, and Trainee Solicitors, as well as dedicated legal support staff.
You will be required to support Partners and other fee earners with their caseloads of commercial disputes work, debt recovery claims and contentious and non-contentious insolvency actions. This is a chance to join a well-established and experienced team handling a wide variety of work working with all levels of fee earner and independently where appropriate.
You will join the firm’s Personal Injury team, handling a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigated claims. The role offers responsibility appropriate to experience, with supervision and support from senior solicitors and partners, and clear scope for development.
