Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and residents, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across the portfolio.
You will work closely with the Housing Options team and contractors to ensure safe, first class repair and management services to tenants & leaseholder overseeing the provision of responsive repairs, maintenance and void property refurbishment. The main purpose of the role: To specify, procure, let and manage contracts from inception to completion
You will undertake regular visits within your region, developing customer relationships with external landlords and residents whilst supporting your team of Lodge Managers.
You will be self-motivated, able to handle conflict, problem solve and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high-quality service to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
