You will be working as part of a team under the guidance of the teaching staff to ensure that the individual child gets the learning and emotional support to ensure that they are happy and ready for learning. The role can occasionally include providing some intimate care.
You will also be required to manage the provision of in-class support for students with additional learning needs and those requiring support with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health or medical conditions to access courses.
You will also be a point of contact for staff, students and parents.
You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
