You will need to be flexible and willing to work across all year groups from Nursery to Year 6. Experience is preferable.
You will be responsible for providing the children and teaching staff with the support they need to Shine as Lights in the World. GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4-5) is essential and experience working as an LSA is preferable.
You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.
You will be a part of the support team and will provide end-to-end case ownership.
You will work with all levels within Support, Engineering and Product Management to identify/implement technical solutions to customer issues and share your feedback to help improve the quality.

You will be a strong team player with the ability to lead by example, being professional, patient and calm under pressure with experience of providing extraordinary support.
You will help create a structured, nurturing learning environment that promotes emotional regulation, communication skills, and positive behaviour for learning. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils will be central to your role, ensuring every child feels understood, valued, and supported.
You will observe and follow the relevant Health & Safety, First Aid and Emergency procedures and ensure that the cleaning team are aware of these and their responsibilities.
You will be part of a dedicated team upholding high standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for pupils and staff .
You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
You will help them to book appointments, arrange transport and where necessary, escort them on visits and assist with their shopping.
You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
