Learning Disability Support Worker jobs in Redditch

You will work 5 days a week spread over the 6 days. If you work a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week so that you only work a total of 5 days.

You will, of course, be paid for all of the additional hours that you will be supporting. Full induction and training provided.

You will ensure that service users are enabled to make progress in their personal recovery journey and to attain goals relating to their mental health & wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

You will support individuals to move into their new homes and to become as independent as possible in managing their tenancies and all areas of daily living.
