You will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Building Services Engineering assets, ensuring all work is completed to EQUANS standards and contractual KPIs. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine PPM on electrical systems and plant in line with task schedules and CAFM.

You will work across a designated area in the Worcester area, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations while completing high-quality work for tenants and clients. The Electrician will be: - Completing EICR testing within occupied social housing properties. - Carrying out additional electrical works including remedials, upgrades and general repairs.
