You will work with a diverse client base, supporting them to embed inclusive workplace practices and strengthen their approach to mental health and disability inclusion. The candidate must be a qualified and commercially approved MHFA England Instructor, with a proven track record in delivering impactful training and supporting organisations through consultancy.

You will lead a large staff team supported by three experienced assistant managers in offering activities, learning and experiences to adults with learning disabilities who have a broad range of support needs in their Day Centre Service Through the delivery of a person centred service, where the needs of each individual are paramount you will ensure that outcomes are achieved.

You will play a vital role in supporting people to access local services, maintain independence, promote health and wellbeing and to live independently. A key part of the role includes working alongside other agencies, professionals, and informal carers, providing a holistic service.

You will ensure that appropriate interventions, adjustments, and resources are in place and regularly reviewed with the learners to enable all learners to progress and achieve their qualifications.

You will take an individualised yet methodical and organised approach to supporting learners whilst ensuring attention to detail and delivering to the highest possible quality standards.
