You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living.

You will have gained experience in a similar setting, supervising and leading others.

You must hold a Full UK driving licence & be able to drive manual vehicles.

You will be required to work evening, weekend, and sleep‐in shifts, so flexibility is essential. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care; NVQ Level 5 preferred. Previous experience in a senior support role.

You will be required to undertake duties such as assisting with personal care, medication administration, moving & handling with and without a hoist, supporting our client during prolonged myoclonus (shaking) episodes, first aid and light housework/cooking.

You will also be required to support her with her communication programme (PODD), for which training will be given.
