Support Worker needed to provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in Darlington.

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

You will be there to ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you'll help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy.

You will collaborate closely with health colleagues in a co-located setting, focusing on hospital discharge support and managing community crises.
