You will work in a beautiful environment, supporting young people with community enrichment activities. We are looking for Senior Youth Support Workers that are: - A positive and consistent role model to others, passionate in mentoring and coaching new colleagues and leading by example

You will expected to get stuck in and support these young people in all aspects in their life - this will occasionally include personal care.

You will have frequent updates with your progress through compliance, applications for specific roles as well as receiving additional information on roles which we feel may be of interest to you.

You will need to hold a full driving licence and have full access to your own vehicle as travel is required.

You will also be able to access expertise in child exploitation from the CE team, to address this growing area of need.

You will work with parents, the wider family network and whole system in a strengths-based way to support change.

You will act as a key Support Worker for a number of customers, carrying out regular one to one sessions, enabling positive, trusting and respectful relationships to be built and enable them to move forward to independent living.

You will receive full training and induction and will be working alongside a colleague on every shift, there is no lone working.

You will also support the young people with placement assistance and enrichment to ensure they have a wealth of opportunities for the future. - Build relationships and provide emotional support during both highs and lows. Personal care will be required. - Complete essential planning and documentation.

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

You will help create a safe, supportive environment where students feel understood and valued, using strategies to promote emotional regulation, positive coping skills, and confidence. Collaborating with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child has the tools and encouragement to thrive both academically and personally.

You will report to the BDUK Product Support Engineering Manager and receive technical support from other capability specialists within the department. Key Responsibilities In your role, you will: Assist in developing and maintaining plans and processes to ensure Product Support outputs meet technical data regulatory and company requirements.

You will deliver all professional engineering matters, bounded by the scope of Military Regulation Publication (MRP) Part Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), Military Aviation Authority (MAA) MRP Part and Regulatory Article (RA) 1, to achieve the contractual requirements successfully and safely.
