You will co-deliver sessions with another trainer (who may have professional or lived experience of autism), working together to help health and social care staff build confidence, empathy, and inclusive practice. We will train you and you will be fully supported by our training and inclusion team every step of the way.

You will be a qualified professional RMN and have experience of working with people with dementia and/or mental health disorders and be able to manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach placing the person at the centre of care in a busy but rewarding role. The ability to work in partnership with carers/family members and services in the community is essential.

You will be expected to work a shift system across a 24‐hour period seven days a week. The current pattern is a mixture of days (08:00‐20:30) and nights (20:00‐08:30). Proposed interview date: Friday 13th February 2026 Main duties of the job
