You will co-deliver sessions with another trainer (who may have professional or lived experience of autism), working together to help health and social care staff build confidence, empathy, and inclusive practice. On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans.
