You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
You will be role modelling this approach and supporting staff to apply PBS in all they do.
You will assume the role of Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring full compliance with the Regulated Activities Regulations 2014 and all Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).
