You will work alongside colleagues within the LD social care service to facilitate timely assessments for individuals.
You will be a level 2 social worker that has experience and understanding of the needs of people with a learning disability.
You will have a level of autonomy and good communication skills.
You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.
You will have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business.
You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills, and we have the procedures and processes in place to help you at every step.
You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
You will be role modelling this approach and supporting staff to apply PBS in all they do.
