You will be responsible for the preparation and daily running of functional assessments ensuring the assessment centre meets daily demand, avoids cancellations, and maintains waiting time within minutes.
You will be responsible for meeting, greeting, and supporting our customers and claimants who visit the AC along with our FAs who work from assessment centres and remotely.
You will also get the chance to enhance your managerial skills through evaluation and feedback of support groups and managing our Young Adult Carer Coordinators.
You will already know how to deliver 1:1 aspirational and employment support, particularly working to the needs of young people.
You will provide support to unpaid Carers through support groups which you will plan and deliver.
You will also provide support interventions and where needed, refer individuals for a full Carer’s assessment.
You will help to improve wellbeing, reduce social isolation and ensure Carers know their rights.
You will have experience in a similar role, you're a people person and you're (very) good at organising? You'll be a great communicator with solid IT skills, and a great planner with an eye for detail.
