You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you. As you are a bank worker, you will be able to pick and choose the shifts that you work, and services have a mixture of hours that can include evenings and weekends.

You will support people both in their home and in their local communities and we have a range of working patterns to suit you, including full time, part time and flexible opportunities. We offer a range of exciting benefits, such as:

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

You will receive a payment equivalent to 12.07% for each hour worked in the period; up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
