You will be based across 2 of our services, our Day Centre provides support to up to 20 people, and our Hub provides support to 8 people. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: arts and crafts, quizzes, board games, pool, and many more!

You will work closely with Social Workers and partner agencies to help improve outcomes for children and promote their safety, wellbeing and development.

You must also be able to travel across the borough and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs.

You will provide support to tenants living in managed properties, ensuring they are safe, supported, and able to live independently. Who We’re Looking For: - No formal experience is required – lived experience is welcome and valued - A valid driver’s license is ideal - A caring, professional, and responsible attitude
