You will support the team in delivering landscape planning projects and providing active input into strategic landscape design.
You will be either Chartered or keen to work towards CMLI; can demonstrate recent experience of authoring LVIA reports, Landscape Appraisals etc with limited supervision.
You will work closely with specialists across planning, urban design, infrastructure, economics and sustainability to deliver integrated, high-quality advice. You will be an experienced project planner and scheduler, whowill undertake planning and scheduling functions and performance monitoring.
You will be capable of planning and scheduling major infrastructure, new build and refurbishment construction projects, including those with significant non-routine requirements.
You will be involved with the preparation of Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Technical Notes, and Travel Plans, principally to support planning applications for a range of land uses.
You will attend Design Team Meetings, and liaise by email and telephone with clients, other consultants and local authority officers as required.
