You will act as the technical lead for a team of skilled data engineers and align the data engineering strategy with business objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of data systems to support the organisation’s digital transformation.
You should have strong R&D experience using a variety of data mining & data analysis methods and tools including building and implementing models and algorithms.
You must have a proven ability to drive business results with your data-based insights.
You should be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. In this role you will need to hold an expert understanding of biology- a completed or in progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
You will be expected to attend the following training sessions:
You will hold an FIBMS and/or MSc and/or HSD (or equivalent experience) and a recognised management qualification (or equivalent experience).
You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to CPD, have excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (£25K-£45K) within 20 miles of your location upon completion.
You will begin your data science journey by studying a selection of industry-recognized courses that will take you from beginner level all the way through to being qualified to work in a junior Data Scientist role.
