You will be responsible for the overall daily operations of your store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

You will be responsible for I lead and line manage a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues in one store, ensuring I spend regular quality time with them on shift.

You will be an active member of the Hospitals Senior Management Team and your ability to build positive working relationships is paramount. The role holder will ensure KPIs are met with regards to compliance and mandatory training, including the renewal and monitoring of DBS and professional accreditation renewals and meeting mandatory compliance training targets.

You will be a pivotal part of the Insite team and its success so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying!

You will be commissioning new equipment and systems installed on client’s sites, attending CFAT’s, carrying out routine service and repairs on client’s existing equipment and responding to breakdowns.

You will also be training the client’s operators on new equipment.

You must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and be able to retain knowledge and information provided throughout training.
