You will conduct Looked After Children Reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete pathway plans and children and family assessments. Multi-agency working with partner agencies will also be a key part of your role.

You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support across Linthorpe.

You will have the confidence to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility and to develop as a skilled practitioner.
