You will coordinate events from initial enquiry and Proposal, through to delivery. This involves working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure excellent communication, so that each event is seamless and results in exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with service engineers, technical teams, and peers to ensure that documentation accurately records the validations and verifications required for equipment certification. Your strong attention to detail and communication skills in English will be critical in ensuring documents are correctly structured, properly named, filed, and ready to support certification processes.
You will be knowledgeable and have proven experience of advising clients on office solutions. In addition, you will have a proactive nature, have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with customers.
You will encourage clients to innovate, support their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals, and position Wavenet as an integral part of their organisation. Key Responsibilities
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, while ensuring high quality, technically sound work is delivered across accounts and tax.
You will review and coach the work of junior colleagues, contribute to advisory projects and play an important part of building trusted relationships with our clients.
You will be contracted to 25 hours per week and there is a degree of flexibility in terms of when these are worked. In addition, whilst this is not essential, it would be appreciated if there was flexibility shown back during periods of annual leave and seasonal peaks.
