You will be responsible for a broad mix of private client work, including: Wills and trust creation and administration, High net worth succession planning and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and client-care skills.
You will lead litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, managing cases from inception through to resolution.
You should possess strong negotiation and ADR skills, coupled with a client-focused approach that prioritizes delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice.
You will take technical ownership of specific subsystems critical to clinical operation, user experience, or device safety and performance. This role will directly contribute to advancing our clients ATR Platform technology, necessitating work packages with other cross-functional team members and/or partner organisations to achieve business targets.
You will lead on International Waste Shipments regulation, ensuring businesses meet legal requirements. You'll also assess compliance and take proportionate enforcement action to maintain high standards.
You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment.
