As a senior community practitioner, you will be expected to provide support to junior members of the team and to provide an excellent learning environment for students who are placed with the team.
You will not only be responsible for managing your own case load but also be responsible for contributing to the overall management of complex patients within the multi-disciplinary team. Good time management, excellent communication skills and self-motivation are essential to this role.
