You will be responsible for generating new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships. The role suits a confident, customer-focused sales professional with experience selling complex B2B software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across software and associated services

You will lead on IT projects throughout the year such as server and software upgrades, installation of new wifi points, installing new servers and setting up IT suites.

You must have hands on experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and networks, and experience of staff management.

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will be the first point of contact for IT related issues, resolving day-to-day technical problems, supporting end-users, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance across the site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to office staff, engineering teams and production floor users.
