You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, acting as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related queries.

You will accurately log, track, and update support tickets within the ticketing system, maintaining clear records of issues and resolutions.

You must qualify for UK Security clearance, this means you must have 5 years UK residency, your nationality must be from a NATO country, no criminal records are considered and employment history dates must flow consecutively or have reasons for gaps in employment.

You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor and play a key role in providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support for our REACH obsolescence program. You will be tasked to work alongside existing and new clients to provide support on technical queries.
